Order Processing
When will my order ship?
For all domestic orders, we have a processing time of 1-3 business days to get your order ready for shipment
I just placed an order. Can I cancel it?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. However, in case done quickly (Within 1 hour of placing the order) we may be able to cancel your order. Please contact us asap on 8530006138 so that we can check it's eligibility and process your request.
Can I add / remove / modify products from my order once I place it?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. However, in rare cases if done quickly and for a valid reason, we may be abe to modify your order. For such requests contact us.
How do I track my order?
Tracking information will be sent on your registered email once the order is dispatched.

Can I return / exchange the products once I place the order?
Exchanges can be made within 7 days of delivery and are are only eligible if the item to be exchanged is the same and only varies in size (i.e you cannot exchange a Stone Paisely crewneck for a Pine tee)
We provide returns only in special cases. Incase you received the wrong product or received a product with defects or damages we will replace / return your product. To place a replacement / return request contact us on 8530006138
How do I place a return request?
For exchanges / returns, we charge a fee of ₹100. This fee goes towards the reverse pickup and delivery of your product. Contact us with your order ID to start the return process.
I'm missing products from my order / my order is damaged. What should I do?
We apologise for your inconvenience. Please reach out to us immediately on 8530006318 through whatsapp or phone call.
We suggest you take photos of the interior and exterior of the parcel for further investigation from our end.
Do not worry at all, in such cases we will replace your product / refund your amount.
Sizing and measurements
How can I determine my size in Reverce Crewnecks / T-shirts / Pants?
On each of our product pages, there is a "Find my size" button dedicated to this called "Size Guide". Upon clicking the button a measurements guide will appear. Products are measured flat and in inches.
Are your clothes true to size?
For a male : If you're between a size, we suggest choosing the bigger size of the two.
For a female : If you're between a size, we suggest choosing the smaller size of the two.
My size is out of stock on your website. Will you restock?
Our products are offered on a first come, first serve basis and most of our product offerings do not restock

I made a payment for my order but haven't reccieved a confirmation email. What is happening?
For prepaid orders : Incase you haven't received an order confirmation email after placing the order, check your junk/spam folder and even then if you don't see an order confirmation email, contact us
For COD orders : You will have to place an order again incase you haven't received an order confirmation email even after checking the junk/spam folder.
Can I purchase a Reverce Gift Card?
At this time we do not sell Reverce.in gift cards - they are provided only in eligible cases of returns
